4. Participant Plan
Certain contest features may require an active Participant Plan.
Participants without an active Participant Plan may not be eligible to:
Enter the contest.
Participate in voting campaigns.
Access participant-exclusive features.
Receive contest-related benefits.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
Conduct themselves respectfully.
Treat fellow contestants, judges, organizers, sponsors, and the public with respect.
Follow all contest instructions.
Maintain professionalism throughout the competition.
Participants must not:
Harass or intimidate others.
Use offensive or discriminatory language.
Engage in cheating or fraudulent activities.
Purchase fake votes or use automated voting systems.
Impersonate another individual.
Spread false information about the contest or other participants.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate disqualification.
6. Voting
Where public voting is available:
Votes must be obtained through approved voting methods.
Artificial vote generation is strictly prohibited.
The Organizer reserves the right to investigate suspicious voting activity.
Fraudulent votes may be removed without notice.
Voting results are final.
7. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
Maintaining accurate profile information.
Protecting their account credentials.
Following contest schedules.
Attending required events.
Responding to official communications.
8. Media Release
By participating, contestants grant Invogue Africa permission to:
Photograph and record them.
Use their name, image, voice, biography, and videos.
Publish promotional materials across websites, social media, television, print, and digital platforms.
No additional compensation shall be required for such promotional use unless agreed otherwise in writing.
9. Intellectual Property
All contest branding, logos, graphics, videos, photographs, website content, and promotional materials remain the exclusive property of Invogue Africa.
Participants may not reproduce or distribute contest materials without prior written permission.
10. Prizes
Prizes are awarded according to the official contest announcement.
Invogue Africa reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value where necessary.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
11. Disqualification
Invogue Africa reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any participant who:
Provides false information.
Violates these Terms and Conditions.
Engages in fraudulent activities.
Attempts to manipulate contest results.
Brings the contest into disrepute.
Disqualification decisions are final.
12. Cancellation or Modification

15. Sponsors
Sponsors may provide prizes, promotional opportunities, or event support.
Sponsor participation does not create any direct contractual relationship between participants and sponsors unless expressly stated.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising from the contest shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nigeria.
17. Acceptance
By registering for the Invogue Africa Contest, you confirm that you:

Understand your rights and responsibilities.
Agree to comply with all contest rules.
Accept all decisions made by Invogue Africa regarding the administration of the contest.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in suspension, disqualification, or removal from the contest.
